DC B’la Inaugurates Head Office Building of AMK

Every Possible Step Shall be taken to Promote Art, Culture, says Dr. Itoo

Baramulla, December 26: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr. G. N Itoo accompanied by various concerned officers today paid visit to Kanispora Baramulla where he inaugurated the head office building of a famous cultural organization, Adbee Markaz Kamraz J&K. The said building was constructed by R&B at an estimated cost of Rs 70.60 lakhs.

After inaugurating the project, DC complimented various stakeholders associated with the field of art and culture and said that such an initiative is a step forward to promote art and culture. He reiterated the administration’s commitment of providing every possible assistance in this regard. Moreover, DC highlighted the role of poets and others concerned in highlighting various social issues through their literary works and urged upon them to play their part in this regard.

Meanwhile, various poets and other concerned stakeholders expressed gratitude to the administration and said that this will be the focal point for the learning of art and culture.
